Michael James is the owner, founder, and the driving force behind everything we do. With an extraordinary 38 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, Michael's passion for hair is anything but ordinary.

At just 24 years old, Michael opened his first salon — a testament to his ambition and love for the craft. Over the decades, his enthusiasm propelled him to the very top of the industry. Michael has been:

Beyond the salon chair, Michael has worked behind the scenes in training, education, and salon management, as well as magazine photo shoots and prestigious hair shows.
